The HOTA D6 Ultra is the upgraded version of the popular D6 series, delivering an extra 100W of power and a refined, sleeker casing. Built around GaN (Gallium Nitride) and SiC (Silicon Carbide) semiconductor technology, it offers higher efficiency, lower heat output and improved charging performance in a compact unit.
Designed for FPV and RC users who need serious power at home or in the field, the D6 Ultra features an integrated 300 W GaN power supply for direct mains use, plus a DC input for high-power charging on the go. When powered from 24 V DC or higher, it can output up to 325 W per channel (650 W total). The charger supports 1–6 S LiPo along with NiCd, NiMH, Li-Ion, LiHV and other common chemistries.
Two XT60 outputs are provided for dual-channel charging, alongside a USB-A 5 V/2.1 A port and a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad on the top panel. A bright 2.8-inch colour screen displays all key parameters, with control handled through a simple rotary dial and button interface.
The D6 Ultra also supports battery discharging. Internal discharge power is 15 W per channel, while an external load allows up to 350 W per channel for fast cycling, testing or conditioning.
